In order to ensure paid guests of Bear Camp Bearpocalypse are given priority, the group rate code needed to book the hotel will be sent out with your paid registration. We will not give out the code unless you have paid to attend Bear Camp.

Note: To reduce the number of "other" people staying at our hotel, it is important to register and pay then book your room before July 18, 2012. We have the entire hotel reserved until then but afterwards any unsold rooms will be released back to the hotel and made available on a first come, first served to anyone including people who are not part of Bear Camp.

Again in 2012, our host hotel will be the Holiday Inn Capital Square featuring:

  • Over 200 rooms to enable everyone to stay in one location
  • A bar, restaurant and full catering facilities on site
  • A free shuttle to and from Port Columbus International Airport
  • A swimming pool
  • More Space for the vendor maul, registration and the hospitality room

The Bear Camp rate is approximately $107 per night (up to 3 bears per room) including taxes and this year, we have FREE parking.
